Every accepted paper (for conference and workshops) requires a general (no student)
registration and in-person presentation. No virtual presentations will be allowed.
Early bird registration fees apply until April 30.

General Registration
Early Bird: 650 EUR
Standard Rate: 750 EUR

Student Registration
Early Bird: 450 EUR
Standard Rate: 500 EUR

You will be able to request an official invitation letter (e.g., for a visa application) as part of the registration process.

Registration deadline

Online registration is possible up to and including June 17, 2025.
If you would like to register after this date, you are welcome to do so on site.
